Chidi is a Food Technical specialist with over ten years of experience working within the food industry, taking up roles such as Technical Manager, Specifications Manager for companies dealing with the majority of the UK retailers, M&S, Sainsbury’s, ASDA, Aldi, Lidl, Tesco and even some further afield Coles, Woolworths Australia, Shoprite.

After spending several years in the industry, Chidi decided to leave and create Clarity; this was an opportunity to share some of the knowledge and expertise learned working with more prominent brands.

The primary purpose of Clarity is to provide clear advice and support, enabling our customers to make decisive decisions around regulations.  

Chidi holds an MSc in Nutrition and Food Science.
